Return Policy

At Eternal Lash, we are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. However, please note that due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on any purchases due to hygiene issues.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. In such cases, we ask that you email us promptly at noor@eternalworld.us within the first 4 business days of receiving your order. To expedite the process, please include the following in your email:

- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damaged or defective item
- A brief description of the issue

We must receive this email as soon as possible after you notice the defect, ideally within 48 hours of delivery.

Upon reviewing your case, we may offer a partial or full refund depending on the extent of the damage or defect. Please note that we do not offer replacements or exchanges.

Please be aware that we are not responsible for any damages that occur during the use of our products. Once the product has been used, we cannot issue a refund or accept a return under any circumstances.
